Independence is the goal of the people. It reflects the achievements of the Kazakh people who inhabit this vast land, from hard times to the present day. In 33 years, many achievements have been made, which can be seen in the development of the new Kazakhstan. On the threshold of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 13 there was an information and cognitive evening on the theme ‘Independence is our heritage!’, organised by the senior teacher of the department of general education disciplines M.S. Ibraemova with participation of students of 1 and 2 courses of all specialities.

The main goal of the event was to explain to the youth that independence did not come easily and to bring up a sense of respect for the achievements of our sovereign state, which we have been striving for for many centuries. Raising proud and patriotic young people who master knowledge and science and achieve high culture is an important task.

As the saying goes, ‘where there is a land, there is a people; where there is a people, there is a hero.’ Thanks to courageous and determined people, today ‘Kazakhstan’ has become an independent state and is known on the world stage. In this sacred land, where more than 130 nationalities live, in a magnificent and wide country where cattle breeding flourishes and industries develop, every person is proud of his/her Motherland and always considers it an honour to hoist its blue flag. We wish all Kazakhstanis that our independence will be unshakeable!
