On December 8, 2024, the Maslihat Cup 2024, a national debate tournament for the Cup of the Chairman of the Maslikhat of the Abai Region, was held in Semey. Debate clubs from all over Kazakhstan participated in the tournament, showcasing their skills in oratory and analytical thinking. Among the participants was Erkebulan Khasanov, a 7th-year intern, group 726, from the Department of General Medical Practice in Ust-Kamenogorsk.

This tournament is considered one of the most prestigious debate events in the country, and participating in it is a great honor. Erkebulan Khasanov won a prize and received a cash award.
