On 10.12.2024, on the  RadiologyDepartment  of the Semey Medical University, a subject Olympiad in the discipline “Radiation Diagnostics” was organized among 4th-year students of the Faculty of Dentistry. At the beginning of the Olympiad, the head of the department, MD, Associate Professor Madieva Madina Rashidovna delivered a welcoming speech and a parting speech.

The purpose of the Olympiad is to consolidate the knowledge acquired during the cycle by 4th year students of the Faculty of Dentistry and summarize the results.

The Olympiad consisted of 3 rounds.

In the first qualifying round, participants were provided with test tasks of varying complexity via Google forms. The second round was held in the “Own Game” format between the participants who passed the qualifying round and scored the maximum number of points, the participants were divided into 3 teams. In the third round, the teams were asked to solve situational tasks for visualizing the maxillofacial region of the oral cavity with the delivery of a conclusion.

All the winners of the Olympiad were awarded with diplomas, and the participants received certificates of participation in the Olympiad.
