Starting from February 1, 2025, in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 24, 2017 No. 375 “On Approval of the Rules of Military Training under the Reserve Officer program, organizational work begins on Military medical commissions in the Department of Defense of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Abai region.

The first stage is to undergo a medical examination in accordance with the Rules of Military medical Examination and the Regulations on Military Medical Examination Bodies of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 2, 2015 No. 373 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 11846). The medical commission is conducted in local government bodies –

Department of Defense Affairs of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the city of Semey.

The medical examination is carried out in the year of the competition in the period from February 1, 2025 and ends no later than 10 working days before the start of the work of the selection committee.

The second stage is professional psychological testing (conducted during the work of the selection committee).

The third stage is physical fitness testing (conducted during the work of the selection committee).

The fourth stage is a competitive selection, carried out in accordance with the calculation of the rating score, compiled and approved by the head of the University in coordination with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the average GPA score.

To date, 3rd year students majoring in General Medicine and General Stomatology have actively participated in the selection process, 148 applications have been submitted to study at the military department.

If someone has not submitted the documents yet for any reason, then we continue to accept the documents and we are waiting for you at the military department.

We wish all students to successfully complete all the stages of admission to the military department and, upon completion of their studies at the military department, receive the officer ranks of “medical service lieutenant”, which allows the future doctor to get a job in the civil service in all law enforcement and law enforcement agencies of our state.
