The process of becoming a doctor requires not only deep knowledge, but also the ability to work with patients, as well as with their colleagues. While studying at a medical university, residents realize the importance of mutual support and exchange of experience at every stage of their professional journey. Learning is not just a process of gaining knowledge, but also forming a team where everyone learns from each other, taking steps towards professionalism and confidence. During the training cycles, it is important to strive to create an atmosphere of cooperation and mutual assistance.Teachers, residents and interns work together to ensure optimal conditions for learning and development.
Intern training is an important component of a resident’s professional growth, which allows not only to transfer knowledge, but also to develop many practical and personal skills.
