On April 12, 2025, under the auspices of the national campaign “Taza Kazakhstan”, a university-wide clean-up event took place. Led by the Head of the Department, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor A.A. Dyusupova, the faculty members of the Department of General Medical Practice in Semey actively participated in improving cleanliness and order on the premises surrounding the buildings of the Semey Medical University, including the dormitories.

According to the assigned areas of responsibility, faculty members Belyaeva T.M., Kamashova G.T., Faizova R.I., Akhmetova V.T., Khismetova A.M., Zharmukhambetova A.S., Terekhova T.I., and Dosbayeva A.M. carried out cleaning work near Student Dormitory No. 2, located at 5A Sechenov Street. Faculty members Kazymov M.S., Temirtassova Zh.O., Yurkovskaya O.A., Balashkevich N.A., and Nazirova T.R. contributed to tidying up the front garden of the University’s Main Building.

Maintaining cleanliness in one’s hometown is a reflection of every citizen’s conscious civic responsibility. When each individual takes accountability for their impact on the environment, it becomes possible to ensure favorable living conditions and maintain them at an appropriate standard. Such proactive and socially beneficial efforts in maintaining cleanliness and preserving natural resources allow us to contribute meaningfully to environmental stewardship and support the achievement of sustainable development goals.
