On April 29, 2025, the curator of group 502 “Pharmacy” Lauenova S.A. held a curator’s hour dedicated to the holiday: “International Family Day”.

The aim of the curatorial hour was: to expand students’ knowledge of the history of the holiday; to show the social significance of the family, to develop the cult of the family; to form a respectful attitude towards one’s home, family, mother and the culture of relationships between parents and children; to cultivate a caring attitude towards family and friends.

A presentation and slides were used. The curator shared examples from life, gave advice. The students each told about their family, about the traditions and customs of their home. International Day of Families is a celebration dedicated to families. This is a national holiday that is celebrated in many families. The goal of the holiday is to attract public attention to the problems of families and strengthen family values.

International Day of Families is celebrated in the world on May 15. This holiday was established by the UN General Assembly, and this happened on September 20, 1993. The holiday “International Day of Families” was created with the aim of attracting the attention of the general public to the problems of the family, of which there are a large number today.
