On May 12, 2025, under the guidance of the assistant of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology, A.A. Almagambetova, students of curator group 3513 visited the Nevzorov Family Museum of Fine Arts. Founded in 1985, the museum is currently one of the largest collections of artistic treasures in Kazakhstan. The museum’s “golden collection” includes works by artists such as L. Leontiev, A. Kasteev, A. Galimbaeva, S. Mambeyev, E. Sidorkin, S. Kalmykov, A. Cherkassky, L. Zaletzman, Zh. Shardenov, and many others. The exhibition hall features thousands of installations and paintings by renowned artists from around the world, dating from the 17th century to the present day. The museum library holds approximately 11,000 volumes in various languages. The collection includes books on fine arts and literature, exhibition catalogs, dictionaries, and more. Thanks to the library’s collection, students learned many new things about the world of fine arts. At the museum, students had the opportunity to view paintings by world-famous artists such as K. Bryullov, A. Kuindzhi, I. Shishkin, A. Savrasov, I. Kramskoy, and many others. The students not only learned more about the life of Yuliy Nevzorov but also studied his manuscripts, gaining both cultural and spiritual enrichment and education.
