As many know, our university is one of the leading higher educational institutions for the training of medical personnel. It is a city-forming, scientific and cultural center of the city and the Eastern region of the country. Over the years, the university has passed a glorious path in its formation and development, from the first days it declared itself as a center of education and science.

The university is justly proud of its teachers, among whom there are many outstanding scientists – the founders of famous scientific schools. Today the diploma of NCJSC “Semey Medical University” is a guarantee of high-quality training and successful employment. Thanks to the active work on the implementation of the Messages of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state programs for the development of health care, the university is at the forefront of practical health care.
