ATTENTION, FUTURE RESIDENTS!

Persons who have completed educational programs of higher education and internships are accepted to the residency.

Applicants to the residency will apply from July 3 to July 25, 2024, to the admissions committee and through the university’s information system.

To submit documents, you need to complete 2 steps:​

STEP 1 – on the website of NAO “MUS” click on the link “Admission” → “Apply”, register, confirm e-mail, and fill out the application form that opens with the mandatory attachment of scans of the following documents or click on this link:

  • a scanned version of the identity document;
  • scanned version of the Bachelor’s degree diploma with applications in one language (in Kazakh/Russian);
  • scanned version of the diploma of doctor’s qualification with applications in one language (in Kazakh/Russian);
  • a scanned version of the internship completion certificate;
  • a scanned version of the document confirming employment (for persons with work experience – provide a work record, a certificate from the place of work, certified by the personnel service);
  • the electronic version of the certificate of a healthcare professional.

Attention! The applicant confirms the correctness of all entered data and is fully responsible.

Information about the acceptance of the application will be sent to the email address you specified during registration.

STEP 2 – after online registration, you must provide a list of documents according to the list in the period from July 3 to July 25 inclusive:

Attention! Documents without registration on the website are not accepted!

List of required documents:

  1. Application addressed to the Chairman of the Board – Rector for participation in the competition for admission to the residency.
  2. Application addressed to the Chairman of the Board – Rector for admission to the residency.
  3. A notarized bachelor’s degree and an appendix (transcript) in one language (Kazakh/Russian) (original, when submitting documents to the admissions committee).
  4. The diploma of doctor’s qualification and the appendix (transcript) to the diploma in one language (in Kazakh/Russian) (original).
  5. Certificate of completion of the internship (notarized).
  6. Assessment (general) IGA (certificate for applicants from other universities).
  7. A copy of the identity document.
  8. Six photos measuring 3×4 centimeters (cut and folded into an envelope).
  9. Medical certificate form 075-U, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 (together with a card on fluorography).
  10. Certificates and (or) diplomas for participation in scientific conferences and competitions, scientific publications, including in rating scientific publications (if any).
  11. A copy of the document confirming employment (for persons with work experience, provide a copy of the employment record, a certificate from the place of work).
  12. A copy of the certificate of a healthcare professional.
  13. Personal personnel record sheet (fill in all the items and paste a photo).
  14. A folder with ties.

After SUCCESSFUL completion of the competitive selection process, the applicant MUST provide the following documents before the enrollment order is issued:

  1. A contract for the provision of educational services for students of the residency by state order (print and fill in 2 copies) or a contract for the training of a specialist at the expense of the MIO /MO (print and fill in 3 copies).
  2. For those who apply for a grant, download on the website and fill out the obligation and consent to work out the state grant.
  3. A letter of guarantee from the organization on the conclusion of a contract and payment of tuition fees (for applicants on a fee basis).

!!! If an incomplete list of documents specified in this paragraph is provided, the admission committee does not accept documents from applicants.

The cost of training (1 academic year) for the target residency is 1,398,900 tenge.

The cost of training (1 academic year) is 1,300,000 tenge.
