GREETINGS. i HAVE COMPLETED FOUR SEMESTERS AT Ningbo University, China. I have covered all subjects for four semesters as in SEMEY. I have complete transcript from my university and my grade points are excellent. Due to current situation in China, I am unable to travel to China hence seeking a transfer to your esteemed universtiy. I seek admission to fifth semester. Kindly guide me as to the procedure to get admission in FIFTH semester 3/1 in SEMEY. Thank you.
