In the period from September 12, 2022 to September 24, 2022, the Department of Pathological Anatomy and Forensic Medicine named after Professor Pruglo Yu.V. and the Department of Psychiatry, on the basis of the RSME branch of the CFE of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Institute of Forensic Examinations in the Abai region and the Mental Health Center of the Abai region, conducted a cycle of advanced training of nurses from various cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specialty “Nursing” on the topic: “Topical issues on the work of nurses during forensic, narcological and psychiatric examinations”. This cycle was carried out by: Associate Professor Ospanova N.N. and Ph.D. Apbasova S.A.

The theoretical part of the training took place in the form of lectures and seminars, according to the calendar and thematic plan. The practical part was held in the relevant departments directly with teachers and experts. Nurses showed skills of work during the autopsy, the ability to prepare materials for seizure for laboratory tests, the ability to fill out directions, paperwork at the registry, skills in working in an electronic system, skills in drawing up the conclusion of forensic medical research, etc.

Upon completion of the training, 43 students who successfully passed the final control were issued and awarded certificates of advanced training.[/vc_column_text]
