Diverse types of co-operative activity, including scientific work, are implemented by NCJSC “Semey Medical University” together with universities of the countries of the world.
On November 23, 2022, opening session of the XIII International scientific -practical internet – conference “Health state: medical, social and psychological aspects” was held; co-organizers of the conference were Inclusive Education Regional Center of Transbaikal State University (Chita, Russia) and NCJSC “Semey Medical University” (Semey, Kazakhstan). It should be emphasized it was a second shared provided conference. Meeting was held on ZOOM platform; management personnel of the universities – participants of the conference, speakers, academic teaching staff, medical residents, medical interns, and medical specialists were among participants of the conference.
Chairman of the Board – Rector of NCJSC “SMU”, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Altay A. Dyussupov opened the conference and welcomed all participants. It was noticed, that nowadays the technical progress possibilities allow us to join scientists and specialists from different countries in real time for the discussion of topical issues. Indisputable purpose of similar meetings is development of professional competences by experience exchange, truth discovering due to scientific discussion, what is finally directed to fulfil our professional duty – service to society. Altai A. expressed great thank to all speakers and guests for showed interest and wish to participate actively in the conference; and wished all to have strong health, success, scientific creativity, new projects, significant achievements in the name of health and well-being of population and expressed hope of fruitful collaboration in future.
Anna V. Dubovaya, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Director of Accreditation – Simulation Center, the Head of the Department of Pediatrics #3 SEO HPE “Donetsk National University named after M. Gorky” (Donetsk, Russia) greeted audience. It was underlined initiative contribution of universities to organization of shared space for experience exchange, networking, and extension of knowledge borders looking toward conformation to the best world practices. Anna V. noted the positive trend of multidisciplinary interaction by the way of strengthening of integration of education, science and practice and supported a proposal of cooperation in those spheres permanently. Words of gratitude were expressed to organizers of the conference for invitation and possibility to take part in such significant ceremony.
Director of Inclusive Education Regional Center, the Head of SEC «Inclusion and Health of a Human» of Transbaikal State University, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Docent, Distinguished Doctor of the RF, Sergey T. Kokhan greeted participants of the conference. By his speech Sergey T. emphasized, that trend of the conference is synergic with the modern understanding of holistic attitude to management of patients. It gives us the perfect chance to discuss topical issues of medical theme with participation of specialists of various profiles; especially it’s concerned to borderline problems, which represent important elements of the complex puzzle named «human health». Also audience was acquainted with the schedule of the conference planned for the period from 23 to 25 of November, 2022, and invited to visit all units of the activity.
At the conclusion of the official part the “Medical aspects of health state” session started. Faculty of the Department of General Medical Practice of Semey of NCJSC “SMU” played the role of moderators of that session of the conference:
- Kazymov Maxut S., Doctor of Medical Sciences;
- Balashkevich Natalya A., Master of Medicine.
Scientists and specialists from following countries took part in the workshop: Bulgaria, Russia, Mongolia, Serbia, India, Kazakhstan and others.
Totally 14 reports were represented for attention of audience. Kazakh, Russian and English were official languages of the conference what allowed participants of the conference from different world countries converse easily scientific topics. Information about speakers and their reports was given in the program of the conference. One hundred percent of the presentations were interesting from the side of priority and significance of scientific findings, also applicability by international medical community in clinical practice.
Workshop “Medical aspects of health state” was busy, dynamic and, beyond controversy, practice-oriented. Looking forward that similar shared activity will show a solid performance and make a contribution for development of Science and Healthcare! Every speaker has got a Diploma as a result of the workshop.
