Today, on December 22, a regular meeting of the Clinical Committee was held under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Board – Rector of SMU, NCJSC Dyusupov A.A., Deputy Chairman of the Board for Clinic and Postgraduate Education D. Berikuly held a regular meeting of the Clinical Committee, which was attended by the head of the Health Department of the region Abay M.N. Sandybaev, head of the department of health and safety of the UZ region Abay Nurgalieva G.T. the head of the FSMS branch in the region Abay Abilov G.N., heads and deputy chief physicians of medical organizations, heads of departments, obstetrician-gynecologists of the city of Semey and districts of the region.
The agenda of the meeting discussed the main problems and ways of development of the obstetric and gynecological service in the Abay region. The main performance indicators of obstetric and gynecological care in the Abay region for 11 months of 2022 The development of the CDU in 2023, clarifications were given on additions and changes to the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 26, 2021 No. ҚР DSM-92 “On approval of the standard for organizing the provision of obstetric and gynecological care in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, as well as the analysis of a critical case Ayagoz.

One of the main criteria for the quality of the organization of the work of obstetric institutions and the healthcare system as a whole is that maternal mortality and the reduction of its indicators is the main goal of all medical organizations that provide obstetric and gynecological care. The organization of obstetric and gynecological care in the Republic of Kazakhstan is provided strictly in accordance with the standards of the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 26, 2021 No. ҚР DSM-92 “On approval of the standard for organizing the provision of obstetric and gynecological care in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, which was developed in accordance with subparagraph article 7 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 18, 2009 “On the health of the people and the healthcare system” and establishes general requirements for the organization of the provision of obstetric and gynecological care to pregnant women, puerperas, women in labor and gynecological patients in healthcare organizations.
As part of the meeting of the Clinical Committee, the role and responsibility of specialized medical organizations in terms of monitoring, ensuring the effectiveness and quality of obstetric and gynecological care at all levels was strengthened.[/vc_column_text]
