On March 03, 2023, assistants of the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery named after Bulanov B.S., Kadirova G.A. and Arbatskaya T.V., due to the epidemiological situation and the month of tuberculosis, conducted an online lecture on the dangers and prevention of this infection . The target audience was the teachers of SMU, NCJSC and employees of the AMS.

The lecture reveals the etiology and epidemiology of tuberculosis, its ways of spread and methods of detection among the population. The main focus of the lecture is on the prevention of tuberculosis among both adults and children.
