The purpose of the videoconference is to familiarize with the rules for sending a specialist to work, reimbursement of expenses incurred at the expense of budgetary funds, granting the right to self-employment, exemption from the obligation or termination of the obligation to work.

Participation of graduates of 2023 (bachelor’s degree, internship, master’s degree, residency, doctoral studies) studying under the state educational order, according to the rural quota and according to the “Mangilik el” quota is mandatory.
