The purpose of mastering the program is to activate the internal resources of students, prevent anxiety, emotional burnout, lack of confidence in themselves and their abilities.

The course can be attended by students of the Semey Medical University NCJSC (students, residents, undergraduates, doctoral students) and other universities, as well as persons interested in improving their personal and professional competencies.

The complexity of the program is 18 hours (9 hours of classroom + 9 hours of SIW)
