On October 4, 2023, the Department of General Education Disciplines invites university students to take part in a competition of readers for knowledge of the Kazakh language among representatives of various ethnic groups living in Kazakhstan, which is held within the framework of the month “Parade of Languages”, dedicated to the Day of Languages of the Peoples of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the competition:
- instilling interest in the knowledge of the state language;
- identification of talented readers, providing them with opportunities for self-expression.
Requirements for the competition: students of 1-2 courses of non-indigenous
nationality can participate.
The competition is held in 2 stages:
Stage I. Presentation (3 minutes).
Stage II.Expressive reading of a poem in the state language (5 minutes).
Date: 04.10.2023 at 16:00.
Venue: NAO “Semey Medical University”, lecture hall No. 1.
Dress code: medical gown with logo
Evaluation criteria:
– knowledge of the text of the work;
– emotionality and expressiveness of the performance;
– artistry of the speaker;
– appearance of the speaker;
– level of language proficiency;
– compliance with the regulations.
