Today on September 26, 2023, a meeting of the Clinical Committee was held in the large conference hall of the main building of NCJSC “SMU”.

Candidate of Medical Sciences, assistant of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of NCJSC “SMU” Zhanybekov Serik Dzhursunovich made a report on the topic: “Narcological service of the Abay region: problems and prospects.
Current issues discussed:
• On the structure of the drug treatment service;
• Talked about pressing problems of drug addiction;
• Introduction of further prospects for drug treatment services.
The meeting of the Clinical Committee was concluded by the Vice-Rector for Clinics and Postgraduate Education Duman Berikovich, who decided to pay due attention to the problems of narcology to the relevant structures of the health department of the Abay region.
