Altyn Zhaparovna was born on August 20, 1955 in Tarbagatai district, Karasu village.
In 1973 she graduated from V.P. Chkalov Secondary School.After graduating from school, she worked as a nurse at the Tarbagatai district hospital, Akzhar village, in 1976 she entered the Ust-Kamenogorsk medical school, after completing her studies, she began her work as a nurse at the blood transfusion department of the Central District Hospital of Tarbagatai district, Akzhar village. Then she continued her professional career in the military hospital of Kurchatov (1981-1983), from 1983 to 2013 she worked in the department of surgery of the district hospital of Akzhar village.
The total work experience was 34 years.
Altyn Zhaparovna has 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
