In order to carry out educational work among curatorial groups, curators of the department of dental disciplines and maxillofacial surgery have planned a number of events dedicated to “Republic Day”. So, on October 20, 2023, students of group 401 of the Faculty of Dentistry with the curator of the department of dental disciplines and maxillofacial surgery S.M. Syzdykaeva. visited the Alash Arystar museum, which is located on one of the old quiet streets, in the Tatar region, in a 2-story house of the 19th century. It preserves the memory of the times when representatives of the Kazakh intelligentsia, representatives of the Alash party, gathered here.

Abai bought this house in 1898 for Aniyar Moldabaev, where he was a frequent guest. Also, the families of Alash-Orda leaders Alikhan Bokeikhanov and Myrzhakyp Dulatov lived in this house.

Students got acquainted with the history of the museum, with the exhibits of the museum, saw wax figures of Alashevites – Alikhan Bokeikhanov, Dulat Myrzhakypov, Akhmet Baitursynov, Shakarim and Mukhtar Auezov. We received a lot of useful, educational information about the great figures of the Kazakh intelligentsia – the Alashorda residents, that our hometown of Semey was and is the center of Kazakh culture, education, and many intellectuals were born, lived and worked for the benefit of society in Semey.[/vc_column_text]
