On February 14, 2024, at the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Rehabilitation named after D.M.Tusupova, on the basis of the Children’s Regional Hospital of Pavlodar, sanitary and educational work was conducted in the format of a round table with the participation of resident endocrinologists of 203 groups. Dietary therapy issues are an important component of endocrinologists’ work.

OBJECTIVES: To promote a healthy lifestyle; to activate the cognitive activity of patients; to interest children in the study of health issues; to develop creative abilities; to expand the concept of healthy eating. The theme of the round table was “Proper nutrition – the way to beauty and health”.

The basics of a healthy lifestyle were discussed, and the final stage was a quiz. The patients were given brochures. One of the elements of the round table was the solution of the crossword puzzle “Healthy Nutrition”. At the end of the event, residents and trainees summed up the issues of organising a proper balanced diet.
