From 04 to 09 March 2024 in the framework of international cooperation between the department of propedeutics of internal diseases NAO «Medical University of Families» (Kazakhstan) and the Department of propediutics of internal diseases with courses of endocrinology and profpathology of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy. I.K.Akhunbayeva (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan) held an online master-class. Organizers of the master-class – Department of Prophyletics of Internal Diseases of the ICC. Professor I.K. Akhunbayev, Professor D.M.N., Moldobayeva M.S., and Assistant of the Department of Gerasimov Yu. A. During the master-class the questions were discussed at the course «Pathology of digestive and endocrine system» were invited as visiting professoras well as during the discipline «Endocrinology». The program was built with horizontal and vertical integration between universities and courses. Students of the 3rd course of specialty «General Medicine», «Pediatrics», students of advanced training and non-formal training of NAO «MUS», doctors-residents of specialty «Endocrinology» KSMA named after I.K.Akhunbayev, Professors-teachers of the departments of partner universities. The theme of the master classes covered topical issues of modern medicine in the field of endocrinology and therapy. The key problem was the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus, updated ADA/EASD recommendations, comorbidity and prevention of complications of diabetes. The training program was scientifically based applied for both undergraduate students and for residents, doctors and teaching staff of departments. According to the feedback of the participants of the master class, the training was mutual and applied. Both basic principles and modern tendencies of development of medicine in the sphere of studied problems were revealed.
At the end of the mobility program between the chairs of partner universities, I would like to note that this is not the first experience of mutual cooperation and online meetings. The program of academic mobility, launched in 2020, is actively supported and continues by the staff of the departments of partner universities to this day.
