On March 13, 2024, teachers of the Department of General Education Disciplines held a video contest “My University is the best university in the country!” among 1st year students of all university specialties. The aim of the competition is to develop patriotism and foster students’ respect for the history and traditions of our university.

11 videos were presented, which were posted on the page of the Department of the OOD on Instagram. The works were evaluated by an independent jury, which included: dean of the school of  public health, dentistry, pharmacy and nursing  Kairkhanova Y.O., senior lecturer of the department of general education disciplines Kussainova  Zh.S., acting associate professor Mussatayeva I.S., digital technology specialist Belokopytov I.Y.. The competitive video materials were evaluated according to the following criteria: the content and correspondence of the work to the declared topic, culture of speech, design and style design, originality and quality of installation.

The authors of the best video: students of the 1304 Dentistry group were awarded a diploma of the 1st degree.

Diplomas of the 2nd degree were awarded to: Kasymov Syrym – 1104 Medicine group and students of 1308 Stomatology group.

The 3rd place was taken by the videos of the following participants: Tleshova Shyryn and Fariza Farkhatkyzy, students of 1121 groups and 1318 groups.

It is also possible to note the videos that have gained the most likes – these are the works of participants Kifayat Nasir, Kaskyrbaeva A., Amangosova T. and students of 1107 and 1304 groups.
