On April 25, 2024, under the guidance of the head of the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Rehabilitation named after D.M.Tusupova Alimbayeva A.R. and assistant to the department Dauletzharova Zh.K The rehabilitation residents of the 1st year of study organized a subject Olympiad for interns of general practice of 703 and 704 groups, where they undergo discipline at the center for habilitation and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in the Abai region. The purpose of the Olympiad is to consolidate the knowledge gained by interns and leave funny memories in student life. 

At the opening of the Olympiad, the head of the department Alimbayeva A.R. spoke and wished the participants good luck.

The Olympiad consisted of 3 stages: a test was conducted at the 1st qualifying stage, the 2nd stage was in the question-answer format and clinical cases were discussed at the 3rd stage. Among the interns who took part, Zhapparova Moldir took 1st place, Tursynuly Aidos took 2nd place and Ashimbekova Nazgul took 3rd place. The winners were awarded diplomas, and other participants were also awarded small prizes. At the end of the Olympiad, the interns gave feedback and thanked the organizers. The interns noted that they liked the Olympiad and such subject Olympiads increase their knowledge, experience, and further contribute to the choice of their residency direction.
