On April 4, 2024, at the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Rehabilitation named after D.M. Tusupova, on the basis of the Children’s Hospital of the University Hospital, under the guidance of assistant professor A.A. Kapanova, interns of the 7th year of the 704 group conducted sanitary and educational work on the topic “Prevention of parasitic diseases”. During the work, the following issues were considered: the concept of parasitic infections, causes, symptoms, prevention and treatment.

Interns asked parents and patients questions about awareness on this topic, after which visual brochures with useful recommendations and memos were provided. The emphasis was on prevention – parents and children were told about simple rules with which they can protect themselves.

The sanitary and educational work was fruitful, and a “feedback” was established.
