A great holiday is approaching for all veterans of the Great Patriotic War and all the people of Kazakhstan – Victory Day! This day is not only joyful, but also memorable. It is a symbol of pride for those who defended the freedom and independence of our country, a symbol of determination and the will of the people. Throughout May, all educational and cultural institutions hold charity events and various festive events where war veterans, rear service personnel and other persons equivalent to them are honored. All educational and cultural institutions hold various festive events dedicated to the memory of those killed in the war.

On the eve of this significant holiday on May 4, 2024, at the Department of Biochemistry and Chemical Disciplines named after Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Tapbergenov S.O. under the guidance of curators Sydykova K.T., Murtazina D.D. and students of curatorial groups held a curatorial hour dedicated to Victory Day. The purpose of the curatorial hour is to instill in students a love for the Great Motherland, instilling courage and patriotism. During the curator’s hour, videos were shown, students prepared quizzes, read patriotic poems and sang a patriotic song.

The careful attitude of the older generation to the fate of their homeland should become for everyone a vivid example of patriotism and the strength of the people’s faith!
