On May 3, 2024 the teacher of the department of epidemiology and biostatistics Tukinova Assel Rishatovna conducted a curatorial hour on preparation of students of group 3554 specialty “General Medicine” for the summer exam session.

When the period of summer examination session comes, students and teachers begin active preparation for the upcoming tests. In this busy period, the activities aimed at systematization of knowledge and psychological support of students become especially important. One of such events is the curatorial hour. In the period of preparation for the summer examination session, the curatorial hour becomes especially relevant, as it allows students to unite and discuss plans and strategies for preparing for exams. During the curatorial hour the curator told about the structure of the exam session, the peculiarities of the exams, the rules of taking exams, as well as the evaluation systems. Recommendations were also given on methods of effective preparation for exams. An important component of the supervisor’s hour is to create an atmosphere of mutual support and cohesion among students.

In general, curatorial hour is an important tool in the process of preparing students for the summer examination session. It allows to unite the efforts of students and teachers, systematize knowledge, identify and solve problems, and create a favorable atmosphere for successful passing of exams.
