- On May 28, 2024, a round table “Viral intestinal infections” was held in clinic No. 6, the participants of which were GPs and nursing staff. The round table was organized by the head of the Department of Infectious Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Immunology, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor N.K. Shaimardanov. and Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor Smail E.M.
During the round table, speakers recalled that viral intestinal infections are caused by pathogens of various viruses, most often rotaviruses. During the round table, the clinical picture and early diagnosis of viral intestinal infections were discussed in detail. The emphasis was placed on the key rules for the prevention of viral intestinal infections as part of sanitary and educational work among the population.
