Day of Languages of the people of Kazakhstan

On September 5, the country celebrates the Day of Languages of the People of Kazakhstan.    Kazakhstan is a multinational state with more than 85 nations and nationalities represented. The diversity of cultures and languages makes our country a unique place on the world map. An important aspect of this holiday is the recognition of the trinity of languages, where English plays the role of the language of international communication. This reflects Kazakhstan’s desire to integrate into the world community and strengthen ties with other nations. On September 11, an event dedicated to the Day of Languages of the people of Kazakhstan was held. It was attended by associate professors Yagofarov F.F., Maukayeva S.B., Kudaibergenova N.K., assistants Kozubayeva D.B., Abdrakhmanova G.J. and 5343 group of the foreign department (India, Pakistan), 5426 local group with English language of instruction, 3323 local group with Kazakh language of instruction. The students of the 5426 group prepared a language quiz, which reflected commonly used and medical words in three languages. As a result of the quiz, friendship won. Knowledge of languages improves students’ knowledge and communication.
