The Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan is an important date in the history of the country, celebrated on October 25. In 2022, on the eve of the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of Kazakhstan, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev returned this day to the calendar of public holidays. Republic Day is a time when citizens can realize their common history and be proud of the country’s success in the international arena. This holiday highlights the importance of the unity of the people, strengthening ties between the various ethnic groups inhabiting Kazakhstan, and preserving traditional values. The celebration of the Republic Day is important for future generations of Kazakhstanis. This day reminds us that sovereignty and independence require constant care and strengthening.

On 24.10.2024, the staff of the Department of OVP G.Semey, head of the department, Professor A.A. Dyusupova, teachers G.T. Kamasheva, T.M. Belyaeva, V.T. Akhmetova. T.I. Terekhova together with interns of group 617, a curatorial hour was organized and conducted at the department for interns of the 6th and 7th courses on the theme “Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan: history, significance and modern significance”. At first, all the participants sang along to the world-famous Dimash Kudaibergen, who, accompanied by a symphony orchestra, performed the Anthem of Kazakhstan with a sense of special patriotism. Then the interns told about the history of the celebration of the Republic Day. The event was very interesting, bright and was accompanied by video material and a presentation.
