On October 19, 2024, according to the plan of Saturday events in the Hostels of students of the NCJSC “Semey Medical University”, teachers of the Department of Molecular Biology and Medical Genetics named after Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan T.K. Raissov held a round table on the topic “Sexual education of students. Contraception” in the Hostel №3 at the address: Mangilik el str., 3a. Students living in this hostel were invited to the event.

Sexual education and contraception are important topics that play a key role in shaping healthy and responsible behavior among young people. In the modern world, knowledge about contraceptives and skills of conscious sexual behavior is necessary to preserve the reproductive health of young people and protect their future.
