One of the issues discussed during the Days of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Abay region was the state of the gastroenterological service in the region. The chief gastroenterologist of the BMC, Doctor of Medical Sciences Bimbetov Bakytzhan Ryskulovich held meetings with gastroenterologists and resident doctors studying in the specialty of “Adult and Pediatric Gastroenterology”. A presentation was given on “Modern principles of diagnostics and treatment of Helicobacter pylori-associated diseases”. Over the course of two days, consultations were held for patients at medical institutions. Issues and prospects of the scientific gastroenterological school were discussed, and plans for joint scientific work were outlined.
