The annual Republican Scientific and Practical Conference of Young Scientists with international participation “Modern achievements of young scientists in medical science and healthcare“ dedicated to the World Science Day was held at the NAO Semey Medical University. The participants of the conference were welcomed by the Chairman of the Board–Rector Altai Dyusupov. More than 200 people took part in the conference, these are young scientists from medical universities and faculties, teaching staff, as well as students of residency, master‘s, doctoral studies. The conference was held in a hybrid format. Special attention was paid to the current state of the healthcare system, medical education and the organization of medical care in the face of global challenges, the latest achievements in the field of research in the field of medicine and the development of modern approaches to maintaining health. The Conference of Young Scientists is an important event that provides a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, consideration of topical issues, the latest research and achievements in the field of medicine and healthcare.  Conferences play a key role in the professional development of young scientists, allowing them to present their work and interact with colleagues from different fields. The conference was held in 3 sections: research in the field of healthcare: trends and achievements, synthesis of traditional methods and the latest technologies in therapeutic practice and topical issues of surgical practice and science. At the end of the second day of the conference, the moderators of the sections summed up the results and read out the resolution.
