18.11.2024 according to the plan of educational work, teachers of the Department of Simulation and Educational Technologies with curatorial groups 3101, 3618, 3619, 3644, 3645 visited the state historical, cultural and literary Memorial Museum-reserve of Abai Zhidebai-Borili after reconstruction in 2020, dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the poet and thinker Abai Kunanbayev by order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev. The State Historical, Cultural and Literary Memorial Museum-Reserve of Abai “Zhidebai-Borili” is a cultural institution, is one of the cultural centers of the city of Semey. The guide introduced the students to the life and work history of the great Kazakh poet, philosopher and thinker Abai Kunanbayev.

The museum has 11 halls: “Abai. The Seasons”, “Melody of the Steppe”, “Abai’s Childhood”, “Becoming a poet”, “Abai’s Creativity”, “Abai’s Poetry School”, “Abai’s Family”, “Words of Edification”, “Abai’s Legacy”, “Multimedia Hall”, “Children’s Room” archival materials related to the life of Abai, materials, various documents, objects reflecting the everyday ethnographic life of the Kazakh people, works of manual and fine art, the handwritten heritage of poets who lived during that period, photographs, rare books, etc.

During the organization of the Semipalatinsk Museum of Local Lore, exhibits dedicated to the customs of the Kazakh people, handed over by Abai himself, are presented.
