As part of career guidance work, on November 20, 2024, the teaching staff of the Department of Anatomy, Histology and Topographic Anatomy named after prof. N.A. Khlopov, together with groups 1222, 2104, 2216 of the specialty “General Medicine” and 2232 of the specialty “Pediatrics” visited Secondary Comprehensive School No. 49 of the Education Department of the city of Semey, Abay Region. Students of grades 10-11 participated in the meeting.

A presentation was shown about the history and achievements of our university, about the rules for admission to the university, about educational activities, clinical, educational work of the university, about the department of military training. Our students told schoolchildren about the features of the educational process at the university, about student life, noted that the university has many opportunities for social, scientific and creative self-realization of students.

The schoolchildren actively asked questions of interest to them and received comprehensive answers. At the end of the meeting, our students distributed booklets with information about our university to the schoolchildren.
