On December 7, 2024, Natalia Anatolyevna Filippova, an assistant of the Department of Neurology, Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology, held another lesson in the Russian language Speaking Club for foreign students.
Topic of the lesson: Examination of a patient with neurological pathology. A checklist with the main terms necessary for examining a patient with a neurological disease was given to the students. The club members together with the teacher analyzed the meanings of each word and expression and how to use them in everyday life, and also practiced pronunciation.
Then, in a game format (building a dialogue “Doctor-patient”), they consolidated new words in practice. The students actively participated in the lesson, asked many questions and successfully demonstrated their own knowledge. At the end of the lesson, the students noted the usefulness of such classes, and also shared their own progress in learning the Russian language.
