On December 10, 2024, he became an assistant at the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of the NAO MUS.Semey Sarsembina J.D. held a curatorial hour dedicated to the “Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan”. Together with the students of the 5101TH group, the main milestones of the Republic’s Independence were highlighted.
“The Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expressing the will of the people of Kazakhstan, recognizing the priority of individual rights and freedoms enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other generally recognized norms of international law, reaffirming the right of the Kazakh nation to self-determination, proceeding from the determination to create a civil society and a rule of law, implementing a peaceful foreign policy, declaring its commitment to the principle of non-proliferation of nuclear weapons arms and disarmament process, solemnly proclaims the state independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
In October 2022, during the presentation of state awards and prizes, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said: “Kazakh wisdom says: “There will be no people without sovereignty.” It is no secret that sometimes there are superficial, groundless statements, as if “Kazakhstan accidentally gained freedom, and our country was the last to declare its independence.” This can only be said by people who are not able to correctly assess the situation that was developing at that time. In fact, our people have been following the sacred path to sovereignty for many years. The most authoritative representatives of the people and the intelligentsia have done everything possible to preserve national identity. Outstanding works of art were published, uplifting people’s spirits. The aspiration of our people for freedom was vividly manifested during the December events.”
Over the past years, Kazakhstan has achieved success in building a democratic society, developing the social sphere, and creating an effective economic system. The Republic has gained authority in the face of the world community as a model of peacefulness, interethnic and interreligious harmony. The multinational and multi–confessional people of Kazakhstan are one big family, united, hardened by years of trials in the last century and who have known the joy of achievements in the XXI century.
