PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of General Medical Practice of Semey city G.M. Shalgumbayeva held a discussion with the curator group 5436 on the topic “Prevention of Offenses and Violation of Academic Integrity Principles in the Student Environment.”

The goal of the event was to raise students’ awareness of the importance of adhering to legal and ethical norms in academic activities. During the discussion, the main principles of academic integrity, responsibility for violating educational standards, and ways to prevent offenses among youth were discussed.

G.M. Shalgumbayeva emphasized the importance of honesty during exams and when writing academic papers, and reminded students of the possible consequences of academic violations.

The lecturer highlighted the importance of developing students’ sense of responsibility for their own behavior and participating in creating an honest and fair academic environment.
