On November 20, 2024, students of the 5411th group, led by the head of the Department of GP A.A. Dyusupova and the curator S.M. Adilgozhina, spend a round table in the format of a conversation on the fight against smoking, alcoholism and drug addiction, as well as the promotion of a healthy lifestyle among students. The event was to create a platform for a frank exchange of opinions and ideas about how addictions affect health and why it is so important to promote healthy lifestyle among young people. The students sought not only to discuss the consequences of bad habits, but also to suggest ways to form a healthy lifestyle.
During the curatorial hour, the following topics were discussed: the causes and consequences of smoking, alcoholism and drug addiction; the influence of society and the environment on the choice of habits; the role of sports, proper nutrition and psycho-emotional state in maintaining health; ways to motivate oneself and others to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Each participant had the opportunity to freely share their opinions and experiences. Real-life examples from the students’ lives played an important role in the conversation, which made the discussion even more open and personal. During the conversation, the students came to the conclusion that promoting healthy lifestyle and giving up bad habits is not just a fashion trend, but a conscious choice that affects our future. The participants emphasized that it is important not only to be aware of the dangers of these habits, but also to actively motivate each other to a healthy lifestyle, starting with simple steps in everyday life.
