Volunteer assistance in clearing snow from the old people’s home territory plays an important role in keeping people safe and comfortable. Snow can create hazardous conditions, increasing the risk of falls and injuries. Volunteer participation not only eases the physical burden on the facility staff, but also creates a caring and supportive atmosphere. In addition, these activities strengthen the community and raise awareness of the needs of old people.

Within the framework of volunteer assistance on January 25, 2025 students of group 3206 of specialty “Medicine” and teachers of the department of epidemiology and biostatistics Kanat Didara Kanatkyzy, Mukysheva Aigerim Meyrambekovna, Tukinova Assel Rishatovna organized an action of snow clearing in the old people’s home. This event was not only an opportunity to help the elderly, but also to strengthen the connection between generations. The work was carried out in a friendly atmosphere, and soon the territory of the old people’s home was cleared of snow, which greatly facilitated movement for its residents. The elderly people were touched by the care and attention, and the students had an unforgettable experience and an opportunity to contribute to the community. The event was a shining example of how collaborative efforts can bring joy and support to those in need.
