Healthy lifestyle Sex education

On October 15, 2024, students of the 5411th group, led by the head of the Department of GP, A.A. Dyusupova, and the curator, Ph.D., S. M. Adilgozhina, conducted a series of lectures and talks on important aspects of a healthy lifestyle, physical, sexual, and sanitary-hygienic education. The main purpose of the event was to raise students’ awareness of the importance of taking care of their health, developing physical fitness skills, proper nutrition, as well as compliance with personal hygiene and safety standards. During the lectures and talks, the participants discussed key topics related to maintaining health, namely:

  • Principles of a healthy lifestyle and their impact on overall well-being.
  • The role of physical activity and sports in strengthening the body.
  • Sex education and the basics of safety in sexual relationships.
  • The importance of sanitary and hygienic standards and personal hygiene.

Curator Saltanat Muratbekovna emphasized that the formation of proper habits in relation to physical, sexual and sanitary education plays an important role in the prevention of diseases and contributes to improving the quality of life. She noted that such events help students not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also implement it into their daily practice. Lectures and talks were conducted in the format of interactive discussions, which allowed participants to actively ask questions and share their opinions. Multimedia materials, including presentations and videos, were used during the event, which clearly demonstrated examples of a healthy lifestyle and successful application of sanitary and hygienic standards in different countries. The warm atmosphere and openness of the participants facilitated active interaction and exchange of ideas. The students were able to discuss the importance of physical activity, learn about the principles of healthy eating, and gain knowledge on how to properly monitor personal hygiene and safety in intimate relationships. The participants expressed confidence that everyone’s health is an essential value, and it should be taken care of from an early age in order to ensure an active and fulfilling future.
