On February 7, 2025, within the framework of the project “Silver University”, the teachers of the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics Baibussinova A.Zh., Mukysheva A.M., Kanat D.K. and Tukinova A.R. organized and held an exciting intellectual quiz “Quiz, please!”, which was held in the City House of Friendship.

The event consisted of four exciting rounds:

Round 1: “Brain Warm-up”

The quiz participants answered 6 test questions, each of which provided 4 answer options. 30 seconds were given for thinking and choosing the right answer, which contributed to the active inclusion of all participants in the game process and gave an opportunity to demonstrate their intellectual abilities.

Round 2: “Logic”

This stage was devoted to logical problems requiring attention and quick thinking. The participants had 1 minute to discuss each of the three complex problems.

Round 3: “Shazam”

In this round, the participants had to identify music and movies. For each of the 4 questions 30 seconds were allocated, which added dynamism to the game and created an atmosphere of exciting competition.

Round 4: “Thematic”

The final round included 3 thematic questions. For each question was given 1 minute for discussion, which allowed the participants to immerse themselves in the topic and show their erudition.

The quiz was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, becoming a great way not only to test your knowledge, but also to spend time in a circle of like-minded people. The event left bright impressions and inspired new intellectual feats!
