Postpartum fatigue (PPF) is a physical and mental health condition that affects women after childbirth and is characterized by a persistent lack of energy and impaired concentration. After childbirth, a woman feels tired, weak, drowsy or dizzy. Fatigue may also make you want to stop breastfeeding. It can affect your stress levels, ability to function, and even your relationship with your child. Here are some tips to combat postpartum fatigue:

  • Feed your baby as comfortably as possible, such as sitting with your legs elevated or breastfeeding while lying on your side or in a relaxed feeding position.
  • Use pillows or pillows to support your arms so that you don’t have to exert more force.
  • Eat a well-balanced diet while you are recovering from childbirth.
  • You should continue taking vitamins until you feel normal or until your doctor tells you to stop.
  • you also sleep when the baby sleeps.

Always remember: the fatigue you feel is temporary!
