On February 26, 2025, an open day was held at the department of GP under the leadership of the head of the department, professor A.A. Dyusupova and candidate of medical sciences, associate professor S.M. Adilgozhina for interns of the 6th year of study in the specialty “General Medical Practice”. Present: d.m.s. M.S. Kazimov and Associate Professor R.R. Kurumbayev. This event is held in order to familiarize students with the educational programs of the residency, clinical bases, and learning conditions. Interns at the open day have the opportunity to get acquainted with the educational process, various areas and specialties of the residency, ask questions and get a detailed answer to them. A family doctor plays a key role in everyone’s life, providing help and support at all stages of life — from birth to old age. The competence of the doctor, his experience and professionalism help to cope with numerous health-related challenges, starting from childhood and ending with old age.

During the event, interns showed interest and expressed a desire to enroll in residency.
