From 10.02. to 21.02.2025, the Department of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology held the Winter School of Nephrologist in a hybrid format. Participants: residents in the specialties “Nephrology”, “Gastroenterology”, “Rheumatology”, residents of the “Pathological Anatomy” and “Forensic Medical Doctor” programs, doctors. Responsible for conducting the master class: Head of the Department, Associate Professor Kaskabaeva A.Sh., Assistant Botabaeva A.S.

From 10.02. to 14.02.2025, the master class was held online, with the invitation of the visiting professor of the Department of  Pharmacology First Moscow State Medical University I.M. Sechenov (Sechenov University) Kerim Mutig. The professor covered the topics: “Pathophysiology and pathomorphology of kidney diseases”. The topics were presented with colorful illustrations of morphological preparations of kidney pathologies.

The second half of the school was held from 17.02. to 21.02.2025 offline at the Department of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. The teaching staff: Assoc. Prof. Alibekova R.I., Assoc. Prof. Kapanova G.K., Assoc. Prof. Muzdubaeva Zh.E., аcting Assoc. Professor Kozhakhmetova D.K., Ass. Botabaeva A.S. analyzed clinical cases of kidney diseases of autoimmune, metabolic and infectious genesis.

The topics of the winter school aroused great interest among the students, an active discussion was held, positive feedback and words of gratitude were received from the listeners.
