On 20.02.2025g.in the University was held an important and relevant lecture for 1st year students of all specialties, dedicated to teaching students methods of mental self-regulation, increasing stress resistance and time management. The introductory speech was made by psychologist Nuriden G.E., who emphasized the importance of mental self-regulation, especially in the conditions of student life. She noted that the ability to manage one’s emotions and pressure related to studies is a key component not only for a successful academic career, but also for the formation of a harmonious personality.
Another speaker of the event was Khadyr B., a member of the student club “MENIMEN”, a 2nd year student of the specialization “Medicine”, who presented a number of practical methods that will help in everyday life to cope with high levels of stress and to establish a balance between studies and personal interests.
