Every year since 2002, on the initiative of the World Health Organization, World Immunity Day is celebrated on March 1, the purpose of which is to draw people’s attention to the problems that cause immune diseases, as well as to maintain and strengthen immunity in general.
For the purpose of prevention and awareness among students, on March 3, 2025, in the curatorial groups 301,302 of the specialty “Pharmacy” by the curator of the Department of Biochemistry and Chemical Disciplines named after Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Tapbergenov S.O. Murtazina D.D., a conversation was held dedicated to this day.
Immunity, like our well-being in general, largely depends on the lifestyle we choose. The main destroyers of immunity: frequent stress, poor nutrition, constant lack of sleep, long exposure to the sun, too much physical activity and, conversely, a sedentary lifestyle. And of course, bad habits – smoking, alcohol, drugs. Therefore, today it is especially important to remember the measures we can take to maintain and strengthen the immune system: healthy eating, regular exercise, sufficient rest and stress minimization. And in conclusion, I would like to wish you energy, vigor and optimism. So that every day begins with a smile and inspiration. We wish you strong muscles and the same strong character and so that neither nerves nor joints creak. Charge yourself with positive energy more often, eat healthy and live for your own pleasure!
