On March 04, 2025, the teacher of the Department of Public Health, B.S. Jobalayeva, conducted a curatorial hour for students of groups 101 and 102 of the educational program “Public Health”. The event was dedicated to the topical theme “Gender equality is the foundation of a harmonious society” and is related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations.

The purpose of the event is to raise students’ awareness of the importance of gender equality as one of the key factors of sustainable development. Discussion of the role of gender equality in creating a harmonious and just society. The curatorial hour contributed to the deepening of students’ understanding of the role of gender equality in creating a harmonious society. The participants noted that the topic is relevant and requires further study within the framework of the educational program “Public Health”.
