On March 15, 2025, on the eve of Nauryz holiday, a festive event was held by the Assistants of the Department of Pediatrics and Medical Rehabilitation named after D.M. Tusupova and with the participation of resident pediatricians, resident neonatologists and interns of pediatricians. A presentation on the topic of “Healthy lifestyle” was held at the State Institution “Medical and Social Institution for the Elderly and the disabled in Semey”, dedicated to the theme “Charity Day” (Kayyrymdylyk kuni) – this is a special day when we not only greet and see each other, but also show respect and care for the elderly. On this special day, a presentation was read out, Reunification Day was discussed, special congratulations were given, board games chess, checkers, backgammon, various coloring books for people with disabilities were presented, and a festive atmosphere was created. Such care and kindness is the greatest gift that can be given to the elderly. For the Kazakh people, this day is a symbol of spring, renewal and unity. According to a long-standing tradition, it is important to respect the elders and educate the young.
